Core costs £19.99 per month or £199.99 per year. Operations costs £39.99 per month or £399.00 per year. Both include unlimited employees and up to 5 active venues. Prices exclude any applicable VAT. Venue add-ons are available.
Yes. Every option covers unlimited staff, so your cost does not rise as your team grows.
Core and Operations both include up to 5 active venues. Venue Plus (£5 extra per month) increases the allowance to 30 active venues, and Unlimited Venues (£10 extra per month) removes the limit. Archived venues do not count towards the allowance.
Yes. Employees can be assigned to several venues, with a primary venue, and scheduled at different locations on different days.
Yes. You can create departments such as Front of House, Kitchen, Bar or Management, assign employees and shifts to each team, and filter or group the rota by department.
Yes. The platform can warn managers when an employee has an overlapping shift, insufficient travel time or another scheduling conflict at a different venue. Authorised managers can review and override warnings where appropriate.
